Omega Structural, Inc. is an Engineering & Construction Firm specializing in Soft Story Retrofit, Foundation Repairs, Retaining Walls, Earthquake Bolting, ADU/Garage Conversion and more! We service Los Angeles County and the surrounding areas with over 25 years of experience! As most of our business comes from word of mouth referrals, our main focus is to provide impeccable service while ensuring that your property meets safety guidelines, is up to city code, and that you, our client, are happy!

MARLON LEON
Owner and CEO. At 14, Marlon left Guatemala for the United State. Arriving in Los Angeles with only $5 in his pocket, he quickly realized that the only way to survive in America is work hard and have a great work ethic. With his hard work and his interest in the construction field, he was hired in a well-known retrofitting company in the state. After gaining over 20 years of experience, he decided to establish his own company in 2012 naming it Omega Structural Inc. Now after completing over 200 buildings and counting, Omega is offering the most competitive prices in the market.
JOSHUA LEON
Joshua Leon is the Project Manager of Omega Structural Inc. Following in his father's footstep, he is committed to provide and assure that each project is repaired, secured and durable for safety regulations and the comfort of each client.
YADDY MONJARAZ
Yaddy Monjaraz is the Office Manager of Omega Structural, Inc. She manages the daily routine of the office and she is committed to each department from marketing, sales, architectural and engineering execution in the field to the last step of the project.
